​​​​​Under Law No. (33) of 2005 regarding Qatar Financial Markets Authority, which is replaced by Law No. (8) of 2012 and QFMA Regulation​, the QFMA shall prepare and issue regulations that include all matters needed to implement the Law provisions and achieve its objectives and to conduct all activities subject to its jurisdiction.
