After granting the license to the applicant and starting its work, the QFMA conducts inspection visits over such companies in several forms, including periodic inspection and surprise inspection, The QFMA shall investigate any suspected violation related to the implementation of the provisions of laws, regulations, rules and decisions issued by the QFMA. It may also conduct inspection visits to the entities subject to its jurisdiction and enter their offices, to ensure compliance with those provisions.

The entities subject to the QFMA’s jurisdiction shall provide all necessary assistance related to inspection process to the QFMA, in particular:

• Enable the QFMA’s representatives to access any records, documents, files, tapes, computers or any other means of data storing or processing.
• Facilitate the role of the QFMA's representatives in performing their duties.
  
• Provide the QFMA with copies of any documents or reports requested.
