Under Law No. (33) of 2005 regarding Qatar Financial Markets Authority, which is replaced by Law No. (8) of 2012 and QFMA Regulation, the QFMA shall prepare and issue regulations that include all matters needed to implement the Law provisions and achieve its objectives and to conduct all activities subject to its jurisdiction.
