| Attachments
|
- The paid-up capital shall not be less than (2.000.000) two million riyals.
- The shareholders' rights shall not be less than 50% of the paid - up capital.
- The number of shareholders when Listing shall not be less than 20 other than the founders. (In case of the direct listing, the number of shareholders shall not be less than 20 of non-founders or Major Shareholders who together owns collectively a minimum of 10% of the capital).
| - The company's articles of association
- The company's valid commercial register.
- Draft prospectus.
- A copy of the listing approval of the other regulators to which the company is subject.
- The company's audited annual financial statements for one year prior to the application submission.
- Evaluation reports (as per the Offering and Listing Rulebook).
- A copy of the board of directors' decision and the general assembly's decision on approving the listing of securities to be listed.
- A copy of the agreements concluded between the company and other parties related to the listing process.
- Declarations of no conflict of interest from the process' advisors and their agreeing on mentioning their names and logos in the prospectus.
- Draft articles of association and memorandum of association.
